Welcome to what I hope is a unique web site.  It will include a Viewpoints section which will be populated with ideas, imaginations, and suggestions concerning any number of topics.  I expect the topics, themselves, will be wide open. It will, of course, be my bully pulpit. But as the pictures above indicate, the goal is rational discourse.
